Nope, just start mobbing. In the future, there may be options to create accounts, but I have no plans currently to make that required to use a timer.
Absolutely! You can grab the source code from github.com/mrozbarry/mobtime, install the dependencies, and host it wherever you would like. If it is a public host that you'd like to share, let me know, and I'll link to it.
